1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ImagenAI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

ImagenAI grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your iOS device in accordance with these Terms.

3. Subscriptions

Pricing

  • Monthly Subscription: $1.99/month (¥18/month in China)
  • Yearly Subscription: $14.99/year (¥68/year in China)
  • Lifetime Purchase: $29.99 one-time (¥198 in China)

Prices may vary by region due to App Store pricing tiers.

Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in: App Store → Your Account → Subscriptions.

Free Tier

The free version of ImagenAI includes:

  • 200 photo organizing actions (lifetime)
  • Basic photo browsing and viewing
  • Custom album creation

Upgrading to a paid subscription unlocks:

  • Unlimited photo organizing
  • AI scene recognition
  • Smart album auto-categorization

Refunds

All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple's App Store. Refund requests should be directed to Apple Support.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for its intended purpose (photo organization)
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Not use the App to violate any applicable laws
  • Be solely responsible for your own photos and data

5. User Content

  • Your photos remain yours. ImagenAI does not claim ownership of any photos in your library.
  • The App organizes photos based on your explicit actions only.
  • Deletion of photos through the App follows iOS PhotoKit rules — deleted photos go to the Recently Deleted album and can be recovered within 30 days.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for reliability:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI scene recognition results
  • We are not responsible for any data loss — always back up your photo library to iCloud or a computer
  • AI categorization suggestions are informational only and may not be accurate

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • ImagenAI shall not be liable for any data loss, photo deletion, or device damage
  • We are not responsible for any consequences arising from organizing decisions you make
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription

8. Privacy

Your privacy is our priority. See our [Privacy Policy](./privacy-policy.md) for details on how we handle (or rather, don't handle) your data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
