1. Information Collection

ImagenAI does not collect, store, or transmit your photos. All image processing — including AI scene recognition — runs entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework. No photo data ever leaves your iPhone.

2. Data We Store

We store only:

  • (a) Subscription status — managed via Apple's StoreKit framework. We do not have access to your payment information.
  • (b) Photo organizing progress — stored in a local SQLite database on your device only. This tracks which photos you have already reviewed (keep/delete/move decisions).
  • (c) App preferences — language selection, theme, and quota usage are stored in iOS UserDefaults on your device.

None of this data is uploaded to any server.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

  • We do NOT collect your name, email, phone number, or any personal information.
  • We do NOT collect, access, or transmit your photos.
  • We do NOT use analytics tools to track your behavior.
  • We do NOT use advertising SDKs.
  • We do NOT sell or share any data with third parties.

4. Photo Library Access

ImagenAI requests access to your Photo Library to:

  • Display your photos within the app
  • Allow you to organize (keep, delete, move) your photos
  • Run on-device AI scene recognition

Your photos are accessed locally only. We never upload, copy, or transmit any photo data.

5. AI Processing

  • All AI scene recognition uses Apple's built-in Vision framework (`VNClassifyImageRequest`)
  • Processing occurs entirely on your device's neural engine
  • No photo data is sent to any server for processing
  • Recognition results are cached locally in a SQLite database
  • You can clear this cache at any time from the Privacy settings in the app

6. Third-Party Services

This app uses only Apple frameworks:

  • StoreKit 2 — for subscription management
  • Vision — for on-device image analysis
  • Photos framework — for photo library access

No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs are included.

7. Your Rights

  • Delete all local data: Uninstall the app to remove all stored data from your device.
  • Your photo library remains unaffected: ImagenAI never modifies or deletes original photos without your explicit action.
  • Manage permissions: You can revoke Photo Library access at any time in iOS Settings → ImagenAI.
  • Cancel subscription: Manage or cancel your subscription in App Store → your account → Subscriptions.

8. Children's Privacy

ImagenAI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app and on this page with an updated date.
